I guess you live somewhere serious cooking takes place when the lead story on the local evening news is more or less “hey dummy, please don’t burn down your house tomorrow…”
This year hasn’t been a banner one on the fishing front, but I still have plenty to be thankful for. Health, family, friends, and blog buddies like you are at the top of the list. And that Ocean Spray jellied cranberry sauce that’s gonna squish outta the can and into my belly later today.
Plus, Lilly is back home from Ohio for the next few days. While K.C. and I have been settling into our empty nestdom, it’s so nice to have Lilly back in the house again. We don’t have many family traditions, but one that definitely established itself is watching the National Dog Show on TV together. Come for the French Bulldog, stay for the John O’Hurley play by play!
