Brad Leone is one of my favorite weirdos on YouTube, I’ve been watching his cooking videos since the pandemic back when he was affiliated with Bon Appetit, and he’s since branched out into doing his own thing. Some of it is cooking, while some of it is visiting interesting people where they do their… um… interesting things.
In this episode of “Local Legends“, Brad visits with Emmanuel Williams, an angler that fishes offshore on a Sea-Doo and catches some major league pelagic species. Why the heck was I searching for the ultimate fly fishing kayak when I could have been doing this?!?
This video is pretty damn awesome and entertaining even though they don’t have the “best” time out at sea. They also happened to do a follow up video where Brad prepared and cooked their catch. Looks delicious.
