I received this Squatchy update from my friend “B” this past Friday. I’m going to withhold his full name due to the sensitive subject matter of his report. I’ve also been sitting on this news as to not create too large a disturbance for the locals of the area. But the time has come to release this revelation.
“Sasquatches near Mossy Creek caught dancing at Harper’s garden statuary store just north of Harrisonburg.” – B

Now, I’m not sure why these two winter-phase white coated Sasquatches were sighted at a Virginia garden center. Most likely surveilling a Jack Link’s stash at a nearby convenience store… But it’s clear as day that where there’s more than one it means a viable population is present that needs to be studied. Once this news makes the rounds, I wouldn’t be surprised if Cliff & Bobo made the trek to Harrisonburg this week to do just that. Just remember where you heard it first!
On a side note, this also reminds me that I haven’t fished Virginia since oh, 2013. I’d really like to change that soon. Sounds like I can search for some elusive native brook trout and maybe get some Shenandoah Squatching in at the same time. Will need to add that to my fishing “to do” list for 2025 ASAP.
