Just a quick update for the readers of Troutrageous! that have been around for a while… my daughter Lilly graduated from high school yesterday!
I used to write about her a lot when she was little, but as she got older I began holding back out of respect for her privacy. Well, forget that… I’m a proud Dad!!!
It’s hard to believe she’s completed her K-12 schooling. I feel like it was just yesterday we were touring her new elementary school when we moved to Florida back in 2013. For those that are curious, Lilly’s headed to Kent State this Fall to pursue her love for theatre design.
I’m so excited to see the confident young woman she’s become, with a passion for the arts and a huge heart for everyone who enters her life. I know she’ll experience a lot of personal growth over the next four years, but if I’m being honest, I just want to savor this summer while she’s still at home.
I love this kid.
