Okay, my full intention was to document my fishing excursions here at Troutrageous starting in 2007… but with my recent house move, almost one-and-a-half year old daughter Lilly, and work, I’ve really haven’t had any time out this year!
What’s a guy to do? Oh, well… I’ll get out there I guess at some point, but right now, I’ll have to settle for what’s on my plate below. “Catch of the Day” from my vacation in Cozumel. A big fried fish from a restaurant in the Xcaret Ecological Park. Comes Mexican-Style, complete with head & tail attached. Mmmmm… Tasty.
